When you call or send a request, it goes to the technician serving your area, who confirms whether they can take the job, the appointment and the price.

The technicians

Technicians are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Each technician sets their own prices, schedule and terms, and is solely responsible for the work they do, including any warranty they offer. Ask the technician about price, licensing and insurance before you agree to any work.

Prices and information on this site

Costs on this site are typical ranges published by third-party cost guides, with sources listed on each page. They are not quotes. Your technician will give you a price for your job. Maintenance guidance and error code meanings come from manufacturer documents; your heater's manual and its manufacturer are the final word for your model. Information on this site is general and is provided as is.
